Dear customer, when receiving this product GE 5337137-8, GE 5337137-3,  GE 5823599 RRX  GE 6237000 -3 GP4  please refer to the drawings for correct connection.

As the core signal distribution and control module, Mega Switch features multi-port integration, high-bandwidth signal processing, and modular design. It supports parallel operation of Port A/B dual coil channels, enabling functions such as MC bias adjustment, MUX signal switching, and RF signal transceiving. System status is monitored in real-time through LED indicators and SRI communication.


The Mega Switch interfaces are categorized into four functional groups:

1.Coil Port Interfaces

2.Port A (J18, J21): Sends MC bias, preamp power, and MUX control signals to the coil; receives coil ID, TX enable signal, and 8-channel RF signal .

Port B (J17, J22): Performs the same functions as Port A for the Port B coil 1页.

3.External Module Interfaces

4.DM-Lite Interaction (J11, J5): Retrieves MC bias, control signals, and AUX power

1. Power Supply (J102-1, J102-2): Obtains DC power from the Regulator Box

5.RRX Communication Interfaces

6.Signal Transmission (J1): Sends 8-channel 16 MHz RF signals to RRX

Control Signals (J2, J107): Receives R1 control and R1 Strobe signals from RRX

Power and Control (J108): Transmits power, TNS control, and clock signals to RRX

7.Status Monitoring & Communication Interfaces

8.LED Indication (J15): Connects to coil ID LED indicators in LPCA

SRI Communication (J20): Enables data exchange with SRI External Signal Inputs (J100, J103-J106): Receive RF signals from Body Preamp, loopback signals from Exciter, noise signals from TNS antenna, LO signals, and 80 MHz clock from Exciter



J18: Send MC bias, preamp power, and MUX control signal to Port A coil, and get coil ID and TX enable signal.

J21: Get 8 - channel RF signal from Port A coil.

J17: Send MC bias, preamp power, and MUX control signal to Port B coil, and get coil ID and TX enable signal.

J22: Get 8 - channel RF signal from Port B coil.

J11: Get MC Bias from DM - Lite.

J5: Get control signal and AUX power from DM - Lite.

J102 - 1 and J102 - 2: Get DC power from Regulator Box.

J1: Send 8 - channel 16 MHz RF signal to RRX.

J2: Get R1 control signal from RRX.

J107: Get R1 Strobe signal from RRX.

J108: Send power, TNS control, and clock to RRX.

J15: To coil ID LED indicator in LPCA.

J20: Communication with SRI.

J100: Get RF signal from Body Preamp.

J103: Get Loopback signal from Exciter.

J104: Get noise signal from TNS antenna.

J105: Get LO signal from Exciter.J106: Get 80 MHz clock from Exciter.
