Troubleshooting for host intermittent hung up

SYSTEM: Ovation 0.35T

PROBLEM/SYMPTOM

When scaning, the pc host hung up, the operator must repower the host. Other, when start host every morning , can not boot intermittently, the pc host appear deadly error, the diagnostic led on the host front panel appear two red and two yellow.

ROOT CAUSE/SOLUTION

Bit-3 in System cabinet having problem

TROUBLESHOOTING HISTORY/HINT

According to the error message and our manual indicating, 

We replace the PC HOST first, but the problem still appear. I suspect the PC Host DOA or other board(important bit_3 in ICE), so I exchange the two parts with other site . When I exchange the Bit-3, I found the optics fibre seat having some problem, not same distance, pls see above picture. I reseat the optics fibre and scan two day, no any problem appear.
